I am posting this post to see how long it takes for Google to rank me #1 for his key word “Steve Robinson the Legend”
I often take the micky at myself, and try to have a bit of fun more these days. I am often very serious and spend all my time publishing information on the net for others to consume.
I have 100′s of “number one” ranked pages especially in the JEE domain. Yesterday I was told I should be a SEO consultant. But that is not for me, it is just fun.
On a side: I am more interested in training these days and so my personal focus is to offer very practical training courses for IBM, Oracle and Redhat products over the coming years. My first course will be ready 2013. I would produce it quicker, however I have just written 2 books over the least 3 years, though not highly difficult to write, it requires the discipline and commitment of time. Writing training material I think is harder, because you need to plan your modules so they can be moved around during a course experience. Exercises must be clear, concise and come with clever real world examples. Courses must be highly practical and allow every course participant to understand using their own preferred learning style. The material must be tested and also must be aesthetically pleasing. This all takes time.
