As a result of trying to run open ssl on Windows 7 you get the following error:

[notice]WARNING: can’t open config file: /usr/local/ssl/openssl.cnf[/notice]

Solution:

In the command prompt type:

WARNING: can’t open config file: /usr/local/ssl/openssl.cnf

In the command prompt type:

set OPENSSL_CONF=D:\OpenSSL-Win32\bin\openssl.cfg
